Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the 16th Infantry Regiment Historical Society. Our volunteers play a vital role in achieving our mission. Volunteers contribute thousands of hours each year, sharing their knowledge, skills and talents throughout the Society.
Are you a team player with great attention to detail and do you share our passion for military history? Volunteering at the Society is your chance to help preserve history for future generations! You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the 16th Infantry’s past history and present service, to meet and befriend people with similar interests, and have exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the Society’s vast network and resources. We offer a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for you to choose from, which include:
Conduct research, and write articles, on a variety of topics.
Represent the Society at wreath laying ceremonies across Europe.
Support our Social Media team.
Collect and preserve historical records into our digital archive.
Help with fundraising activities and campaigns.
