Citation: Kenneth R. Jolliff, 6650503, Master Sergeant, Service Company, 16th Infantry. For meritorious service in connection with operations in the Army of Occupation in Germany from 12 May 1945 to 17 November 1945 and from 28 March 1946 to 28 May 1946. The skillful, dependable and conscientious manner in which Sergeant Jolliff performed his duties as Operations NCO and as Personnel Sergeant Major contributed immeasurably to the high standards of efficiency attained by his organization. Sergeant Jolliff’s outstanding initiative and administrative ability reflects great credit upon himself and the Armed Forces. Sergeant Jolliff is hereby authorized to wear the Army Commendation Ribbon by direction of the Secretary of War. Residence at enlistment: Ardsley, Pennsylvania.
